Why Is My Website Getting Visitors but No Customers?

You've got a website.
People are visiting it.
Maybe Google Analytics even says traffic is going up.
Sounds good.
Except for one little problem.
Nobody's calling.
Nobody's filling out the form.
Nobody's asking for an estimate.
And if you've been wondering "why is my website getting visitors but no customers," more traffic might not be the answer.
Because getting someone onto your website is only useful if the website gives them a reason to take the next step.
Website Traffic Doesn't Mean Much Without Customers
Let's say 500 people visit your website this month.
That number sounds pretty good.
But what if almost all of them leave without doing anything?
You don't have 500 opportunities.
You have a website that 500 people looked at before moving on.
That's an important difference.
Because it's really easy to get caught up in marketing numbers.
Traffic is up.
Impressions are up.
Clicks are up.
Fantastic.
Where are the customers?
Your website isn't there to win an award.
It's there to help someone decide whether they should call you.
If it isn't doing that, we need to figure out why.
Your Website Might Be Making Customers Work Too Hard
Put yourself in your customer's shoes.
They've probably got several businesses open on their phone.
They're trying to figure out who can solve their problem.
They land on your website.
Can they immediately tell what you do?
Can they tell where you work?
Can they see examples of your work?
Are there reviews or anything else that builds trust?
Can they find your phone number without hunting for it?
Is it obvious what they should do next?
Those things sound simple.
But simple matters.
Because your customer probably isn't going to spend ten minutes studying your website.
If they're confused, they'll leave.
And your competitor is one tap away.
No Customers From Your Website Can Mean You're Losing Good Leads
This is where the problem gets expensive.
Think about what it took to get that person onto your website in the first place.
Maybe they found you on Google.
Maybe someone referred them.
Maybe they saw one of your trucks.
Maybe you're paying for ads.
However they got there, you already had their attention.
That's the hard part.
Then they landed on your website and disappeared.
Now you're not just dealing with a website problem.
You're potentially wasting the money and effort you're putting into everything that sends people there.
That's why I care about what happens after someone finds you.
Getting you seen on Google is important.
But if I send more potential customers to a website that isn't helping them choose you, we're only solving half the problem.
I'll Help Turn More of That Attention Into Business
That's where I come in.
I look at the whole path a potential customer takes.
What happens when they search for your service?
Do they find you?
What do they see on your Google Business Profile?
What happens when they click through to your website?
Does what they find make calling you feel like the obvious next step?
If something is getting in the way, I want to find it.
Then I want to fix it.
Because I don't care about getting you another thousand website visitors just so we can put a bigger number on a report.
I want more of the right people finding you and actually becoming opportunities for your business.
And you shouldn't have to spend your Tuesday night trying to figure out why people keep leaving your website.
I'll handle that.
You handle the customers when they call.
So if you're getting no customers from your website, let's figure out where you're losing them.
